I'm the Team Lead on a 4 player fighting game called Scrapyard. It's a super zany brawler where you play as animals in customizable mech suits and beat the crap out of each other. Our goal is to get the game onto Steam through the Green Light program. We're also in the running to get our game shown off E3 and at the Game Developers Conference in March.
Most of the developers are students but we have a ton of experience with members having worked at places like Blizzard, Lucas Arts, Sony Santa Monica, Industrial Toys, and more. We are all working on this game without pay, but it makes for one hell of a portfolio piece.
We're currently looking for a UI Artist who is experienced in Flash to help jazz up the game and get it looking spiffy!
We're also looking for a Sound Designer to bring to life all the awesome characters, weapons and effects!
Please let me know if you're interested!
I'm working on a huge game project right now in the GamePipe program at USC. It's a year long project with a dedicated team, and we're cookin up some cool stuff.
We've got 11 engineers, 3 designers, 3 composers, 2 sound designers and a bunch of 3d artists.
The game is called In Memory and we're developing in Unreal Development Kit. The main mechanic is managing your memory of physical objects to solve puzzles. It's kind of like Portal meets Amnesia. There will lots of puzzles mixed with tension and action sequences.
Luckily UDK supports Scaleform for UI, which uses Flash!
So if there are any awesome flash artists out there who would be interested in doing some User Interface work on a big game, please let me know!
here's a screenshot of our Library level, to see more go to In Memory Presentation and skip to the end
USC and work are keeping me busy but I'm finally getting some time to continue making some flash games. Chamber and I have one more game planned to hopefully come out for Pico Day, and after that I want to focus on Red Baron 2.
If anyone has any questions about going to school for games, I can try to answer them. I'm now a sophomore at USC studying Computer Science (Games), but I'm also familiar with their Interactive Media program, which is the design side of games in the cinema school.
It's been a looooong while since I've contributed anything to NewGrounds, so it's a damn good thing Da Pink Knight finally came out. It might not have done well as we had hoped, but it's still a badass game for the hard core fans and I'm proud of it :)
Chamba and I still have lots of projects going on and they're sure to pleeease
Next year I'm going to the University of Southern California, got into the school of engineering :D
they have this fucking awesome major, computer science (games) soooooo it'll be a lot of fun and hard work, mostly fun
SO EXPECT MORE SOON
love ya :)
I feel all out of it... can someone catch me up?
It's that time of the year again, yipee!
I haven't had much time for flash since school's a bitch this year, but I managed to get this done right on time, keeping up with my tradition of submitting Hanukkah games to get our voice into the swarm of Christmas stuff, for 3 years now
So happy holidays to everyone, yada yada :D
Alright so school started and that changes things a lot. Haven't been able to work on flash too much, but I'm definitely still here and have a few projects in the running.

This morning I hit my friend's gate, shieza. I just kind of tapped it but it shattered the back, it's bullshit. Any who that kind of spoiled my streak of happiness and now I'm really sad :(
I guess my domain www.frostedmuffins.com expired, and instead of warning me to renew, they sold it. Now, it's a porn site, cool.
Any suggestions for a new domain name?
